"THE ROBE" * 25" X 30" * PRIVATE COLLECTION

A surprise winner for a Religious Art Competition, "The Robe" was created in acrylic with emphasis to color bleeding from one layer to another. A style I developed due to my disappointments and difficulties of controlling color bleeds in wash technique. The solution "Let it Bleed". The outcome was terrific. More translucent colors and textures were introduced adding to the depth of the painting.

I exhibited this painting at the "Art-A-Fair" Festival in Laguna Beach. A couple from out of state purchased the painting that year.
